This is my character, Cousteau, in an animated shot I've done and you can watch on my demo reel. The shot's sound is taken from Pirates of the Caribbean 1 and it features Cousteau here (the voice of Johnny Depp)... dancing like an old silly granpa while being fairly sarcastic about the other character's problem... This is another still from an animated shot on my demo reel. The sound file was a 10 seconds entry and I was a little late, eh, so it didn't win the greatest of all animation prizes... Anyway, the sound file is taken from The 5th Element (in the beginning, when the old dude tells Billy about the planets aligning and ultimate evil). So my take on this scene was different, I set the character(s) in a restaurant... well, at a table, and the old guy (here being my character, Cousteau) talks about this matter while eating some pie, and there's a chocolate snake thingy on the pie, so he shows it to Billy, and then... eats the delicious "ultimate evil" while in a state of deep meditation ]]> Fri, 17 Nov 2006 09:43:55 +0000 http://vm.cgsociety.org/gallery/430648

Some hands I drew once, I gues I need to draw some more... actually, I drew gazzillion hands, but I need to do some studies for hands expressive poses, stuff like that. Hands are hard to draw, but even harder to get them to be at their most expressive...
